So yea I only did 20 mins of exercise yesterday and the day before. Bad Bad. Oh and I ate Pizza and Wendy's. I got home too late to cook anything. I feel bad but not. I lost .5 pounds off of doing nothing really. Those 2 days of walking made my body ache sooo bad, which is why I must stick to the exercising because I dont want to feel extra super sore everytime I exercise..
Tonight I am celebrating the man's birthday and he wants to go to a BBQ joint. I not worry I only want the buffalo shrimp with steamed broccoli and some sweet potatoes. Saturday and sunday I will do extra exercie after work to make up for my slacking earlier this week.

Day 2
So last night I did no exercise! My legs hurt so much because I had to walk 15 minutes to my car up a huge steep hill carrying 3 semi heavy bags. When I got home I was done. Since I had done 30 mins of walking at lunch I counted that 15 mins to it and viola...45 mins of exercise. For dinner I had left over turkey with chinese chili sauce and some spicy green beans and a piece of cake. I wasn't that hungry but I knew I had to eat.
This morning I ate a bowl of honey nut cheerios. Yum why do I love that cereal so freaking much? I should have bought some in a bag for a snack. I wasn't thinking. If I get super hungry before lunch I'll eat a small bit of oatmeal. If not I will eat one of my oranges. The apple I ate yesterday was sooo seet and tart at the same time I didn't want to finish eating it. Yum so good, I love tart apples.
For lunch I bought a small piece of lasagna, some spicy green beans, collard greens and cornbread stuffing. I cannot wait for lunch.

Afternoon
During my lunch break I walked from my job to the Boston Common and then around the Common starting with the hill first. I remember I used to be able to walk around the common twice in 30 mins. Ahhh the days. It's extra wack now because I was sooo tired when I got to the top of the extra steep hill. I kept going though. 25 Minutes later I was back at my job buying 2 oranges and 2 apples. I want to eat all four. I love fruit especially fresh fruit. Yum. I will not be greedy fruit or not I need to make it last.
30 mins down and when I get home I will try to walk on the treadmill another 30 mins. My goal is 5 days a week to walk semi-fast for 45 mins to an hour cumulative. So if I do 30 mins during lunch I can walk for 15-30 minutes at home. Or do Tae Bo for 15-30 mins

About Me
First let's get this out there...I'm NOT some tragic fat girl. You won't see any crying or woe is me in this blog. I hate it. I can't stand reading weight loss blogs with people crying about how they are fat and they can't change it and it's so hard. Yes it's hard but yes you can also change it. So suck it up and lose some damn weight because you want to.
Now that you probably think I'm some mean bitch I will tell you that I am not. I'm just real and most people cannot handle real. I am a 25 year old mom who works two jobs and basically gained weight gradually over the course of 9 years (basically since having my son). I have never put my self on fad diets or taken pills to lose weight. Generally I have been pretty happy with my weight so it hasn't caused me any problems. I was never a skinny girl, I always had hips, booty and boobs. It's just that over the years they have gotten bigger and bigger and it's just irritating. I'm irritated by the extraness that is now my body.
About a year and a half ago I decided to try the fat smash diet (with added exercise) and LOVED it. I lost 27 lbs going from 296 (my highest weight) to 269 in 3 months. I was happy and ecstatic and basically kept following a modified version for a while then I fell off! But I continued to walk during my lunch breaks and eat decently. Only in the past 3 months have I not done anything and in turn I have gained 12 lbs bringing me to 281 as of the morning of December 1st 2008. Now that Thanksgiving is past me I feel renewed, I am ready to start again and this time I have the help of the BF since he is trying to lose weight too!
Now This starts my journey. My ultimate goal is 150 lbs! That is 131 lbs from where I am today. I do not care how long it takes me to get down to my ideal weight as long as I get there healthy and happy.
